Uzbekistan Airways Technics announces that it has received authorization to perform a full range of maintenance on its ATR-72 regional jet after a lengthy period of preparation.

In 2022, preparations for mastering this type of aircraft began. Highly qualified employees of the aviation company were selected and sent for special training. Our specialists underwent not only theoretical training, but also practical training at the aviation training center located in Indonesia.

Technical operation and maintenance of ATR-72 aircraft in the Republic of Uzbekistan is carried out for the first time. During the period of development, a foreign company performed maintenance for Silk Avia.

However, starting from November 2023, after completion of all preliminary works, Uzbekistan Airways Technics specialists will start independently performing the entire range of technical maintenance works on ATR-72 aircraft.
