It should be noted that raising the fight against corruption to a new level in terms of quality and quantity is the product of the political will of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev, who noted that "Corruption in its various forms hinders the development of the country." If we do not eliminate this evil, we will not be able to create a truly favorable business and investment environment, and not a single sphere of life in our society will develop.
In Uzbekistan, the mechanisms of the state policy to fight against corruption have been created and are being put into practice, large-scale reforms aimed at fighting against corruption, preventing it and putting an end to it in all aspects of state and public life have been implemented, which have shown their effectiveness. is increasing.
In accordance with the Resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated July 6, 2021, RP No. 5177 "On additional measures for the effective organization of anti-corruption activities", from October 1, 2021, all state bodies, and organizations within the framework of the existing state units, the activity of internal anti-corruption control structures should be established.
In connection with the implementation of the above decision, a full control department was established in Uzbekistan Airways Technics LLC, the department is responsible for early detection and prevention of corruption, elimination of its causes and conditions, prevention of conflict of interests and corruption is responsible for taking measures to create an intolerant attitude.
To date, the priority direction of the activities of Uzbekistan Airways Technics LLC is adherence to the law, high ethical standards in business conduct, rejection of any form of corruption-related violations in commercial relations between partners and employees, international anti-corruption laws. Compliance with standards and national legislation, strengthening business reputation and protection against corruption attacks.
Now, "Uzbekistan Airways Technics" LLC is taking consistent measures to reduce the human factor in all aspects of activity.

These alone are not enough to eliminate corruption, within the prevention framework, and fight against it. Each of us should approach our work honestly and conscientiously. Here, too, an employee or other person may not be involved in corruption but may become a direct witness of his colleague's or acquaintance's participation in corruption. We need to pay special attention to every minute that helps to reduce corruption to a minimum.
