On March 13, 2023 in "UAT" LLC there was a meeting devoted to explaining to employees the measures taken at the airline, to introduce the system of measures to combat corruption, according to the decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan ¹ PP-81 from 12.01.2022. The event was organized on the initiative of the Director of UAT LLC and the Compliance Control Department. Managers and leading specialists of the following subdivisions were invited to the meeting: Basic Maintenance Shop, Production Preparation Shop, Control and Planning Department, Completion Shop and Airframe Design Repair Shop.

The meeting was opened by Artur Ghukasyan, Director of the airline, who presented long-term plans for the development of the airline in the near future, briefly told the participants about the opening of the Compliance Control Department in UAT, LLC and introduced Umid Klichev, appointed as the Head of the Compliance Control Department. Afterwards, Umid Klichev briefed the participants on the internal anti-corruption procedures.

In addition, the following issues were covered during the meeting:

- Corruption risk assessment methodology;

- The suitability and effectiveness of existing controls within the organization;

- Development and improvement of the anti-corruption management system.

The final part of the meeting was devoted to a question-and-answer discussion.
