Requirements to the Service Provider:
- can take part organizations that have experience in this direction not less than 2 years, license or certificate to carry out activities.

Participants are not allowed to participate:
- being in the state of judicial or arbitration proceedings with the Customers;
- being at the stage of reorganization, liquidation or bankruptcy;
- failing to submit all necessary documents within the established time limit;
- did not properly fulfill the previously assumed obligations under the previously concluded contracts;
- being in the Unified Register of Unfair Performers.

In the commercial offer it is necessary to specify:
- legal address of the organization, 
- telephone number, 
- prices without VAT or including VAT (if the participant is a payer of this tax),
- cost of the service,
- payment terms.

    The Commercial Proposal shall comply with the requirements specified in the “Terms of Reference” (Appendix No. 1).

The Commercial Proposal must be accompanied by a copy of the license or certificate of activity.

Commercial offer is accepted both in paper form and by e-mail: common@airtech.uz till 1700 hours on 30.09.2024 to the name of the director of “UAT” Ltd. Khusanov Umid Abrorovich, to the address: 100167, Tashkent city, Aviagorodok, “UAT” Ltd.
